Background
Brianna “Bri” Kouretas is the founder of Ecko Marketing, a Las Vegas-based strategic marketing partner that works with businesses to make sense of their marketing, connect the dots, and turn ideas into clear, purposeful strategy.
Bri’s career began in hospitality as a cocktail server and bartender in high-volume, high-end restaurants, including STK Las Vegas. After college, she joined the marketing team at STK Las Vegas while continuing to bartend. That experience reinforced a lesson she carries into her client work today: people remember whether they felt heard, understood, and taken care of.
Bri spent nearly nine years at Greenspun Media Group, where she sold and managed advertising across the company’s portfolio of publications and media properties. She became a top-performing Senior Account Executive and built long-standing client relationships rooted in trust, communication, and thoughtful guidance. She believed in what she was selling, but understood that it was only one part of a client’s overall marketing plan.
She later joined CSI DMC, now Cohera, working with companies planning corporate events in Las Vegas and translating their ideas into guest experiences they could feel proud of. She also played a key role in launching Vegas Prime Magazine, broadening her experience across media, advertising, partnerships, and brand development.
Bri holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a minor in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is certified in Google Ads Search, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing. Her Communications background shapes how she approaches marketing, including her interest in how people connect, what makes a message resonate, and how communication influences someone’s experience with a brand. She continues investing in professional development as marketing, technology, and consumer behavior evolve.
That is why strategy comes before tactics at Ecko Marketing.
Before recommending what to post, where to advertise, or which channel deserves investment, Bri first seeks to understand the business, its goals, its story, its audience, and what those people need or expect. From there, the messaging, customer journey, channels, and marketing mix can be built with intention.
When Bri looks at a client’s marketing, she considers the person receiving the message just as much as the business sending it:
Does this make sense to them? Does it feel relevant? Does it make them feel understood? Does it give them a reason to care or take the next step?
As technology and AI increasingly influence marketing, Bri embraces modern tools for research, efficiency, and analysis. She believes those tools should support human judgment and creativity, not replace them, because marketing is ultimately about understanding people.
At the center of Bri’s life and character is her faith in God. It shapes her choices, the way she treats people, and how she approaches life and work. She genuinely cares about people and wants to help wherever there is a need, whatever that may look like. Her faith continues to shape how she builds relationships, earns trust, and leads Ecko Marketing.
Clients are not simply choosing someone to “do” their marketing.
They are choosing the person they trust to guide it and support them.
