About Me
Brittany is an Orange County, CA native with an evolved understanding of design and typography. Her 10-year career began in the Beauty Industry in cosmetic packaging. The challenge of balancing information with luxury aesthetics on the shelf has fueled her passion for sustainable practices and emerging trends. From L’Oreal to Johnson & Johnson to a couple of celebrity-owned makeup brands, she’s always had her hand on the pulse of elevated, eye-catching designs.
Starting out at Urban Decay, where she fell in love with packaging, her career would blossom into taking on Packaging and Visual Merchandising displays at amazing brands like Colourpop, Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, GXVE Beauty, Neutrogena, Youth to the People, T3 Micro, Polite Society, and amazing freelance projects with Mane Addicts, Too Faced, and Caliray. It was thrilling to see projects come to life and move from conception to the in-store shelf. She learned the importance of every step and the impact of typography, imagery, textures, unboxing, and how it all plays a crucial role in the customer shopping experience. It also gave her a glimpse into the best sustainability practices and how to streamline those necessary pieces while lessening our carbon footprint. She always keeps that at the forefront of her mind: How can we deliver and make a positive impact on the environment and community?
Pivoting from consumer goods to a marketing agency, the goal remains the same: How do we beautifully convey information in a way that is effective yet creative? Brand continuity, emerging trends, effective imagery, and typography are always the name of the game. Brittany continues to apply her knowledge of luxe beauty industry aesthetics to all aspects of design.
